Chef and Owner Iqbal Chowdhury welcomes you to Wild Clove. From a small town in Bangladesh, Chef Chowdhury has always had a love for the warm aroma and home cooked goodness of indian curries. For 25 years he has combined his passion for food and creativity learning from top notch chefs internationally and in Australia. His hard work and dedication has culminated with the Wild Clove-Modern Indian in November of 2010.

Chef Chowdhury strives to bring you modern creative food but still keep that home cooked wholesome taste and goodness. Using only fresh ingredients, Chef Chowdhury and his team take pride in serving quality and nutritious meals that are prepared and served with respect and dedication.
